Why can't you send copies of Black and Green Review to Canada? I can understand if the shipping cost is too pricy, but is there any other reason for why you don't allow for Canadian subscriptions? I've been a huge fan of your work since the third issue of Species Traitor came out, and was somewhat disappointed at learning about this.
